Every skill now has a "🎯 Test This Skill" button that opens a popup with:

📋 How It Works
Click "Test This Skill"
On the Reading or Math tab, find the skill you want to test. Click the teal button that says "🎯 Test This Skill".

Read the Popup Instructions
A large popup opens with complete testing guidance. You'll see:
Letter Recognition
📦 Materials You'll Need:
Paper and pencil • Alphabet chart • Magnetic letters (optional)
🎯 How to Test This Skill
• Write random letters on paper
• Point to each letter
• Ask: "What letter is this?"
💡 Examples & Questions to Ask
Letters to test: A, M, T, S, B, R, G, P, D, K
Test Your Child
Use the examples and questions from the popup to test your child. The popup stays open so you can refer to it!
💡 Tip: You can keep the dashboard open on your phone or computer while you test the child with paper and pencil.
Rate in the Popup
After testing, scroll down in the popup. Click on the rating level (1-5) that matches what you observed.
← Click one of these
Save & Continue
Click the "✓ Save Rating & Continue" button. The popup closes automatically and your rating is saved!
✓ Success! You'll see a quick confirmation message, and the rating appears on the main dashboard too.
Repeat for All Skills
Move to the next skill and click "🎯 Test This Skill" again. Continue until all 8 reading and 8 math skills are rated.
Already tested a skill? You can rate it directly on the main page without opening the popup!
